(SPA) is active in field of energy automation for power systems (protection, substation control, telecontrol, power quality, communication solutions, energy management and information systems). Siemens Energy Automation (EA) worldwide is among the largest companies in this area and is technology and quality leader.

Responsibilities / Duties
1.Prepare offers and sales contracts
2.Maintain SAP system according to sales contracts,book orders and billings/revenue correctly
3.Handle delivery request  according to sales contracts
4.Supports for internal reporting concerning project controlling
5.Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
1. University student, postgraduates with internship experience in an international company or with international environment is preferred
2. Have basic knowledge concerning Financial/Accouting/International Trade is preferred
3. Excellence in oral and written English, major in logistic, trade, English is preferred
4. Good working competence with MS Office tool, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
5. Logical thinking & good efficiency, capability in work in an organized and systematic manner
6.Good team work spirit and hard working attitude
