Experience: 10+ years of experience; includes emphasis on engineering, contract management, procurement and lean processes; 10+ years of Supervisory experience.

职位要求：
Responsibility:  
a) Assure that the processes and procedures required to professionally manage project risk (technical and commercial) and profitability are effectively executed in manufacture operations.  Will also provide strategy, analysis, and plans for business development considering new products and projects for improvement of manufacturing process and reduction of operation cost.  
b) Responsible for development of lean order processes and participation in their implementation together with the balance of the Operations staff.  
c) Responsible for overall Pump and accessory business as it relates to the critical processes that drive positive financial results. Ensures best utilization of all available resources (Human and Mechanical).  Manages and enhances project profitability throughout order cycle though continuous process improvements.  
d) Closely Link with the VBSS (Value Based Six Sigma) and outside consultants in identifying, planning and directing process improvement opportunities including lean manufacturing and order process methods.
