Job Responsibilities职责:
Help the company to achieve its goals.
To fulfill orders in shortest lead time and to ensure best cost efficiency and use of resources.
To satisfy internal and external customers.
Create harmonious working environment within operations department.
To set up and maintain good operations, quality and environmental systems.
To ensure all fixed assets in the Operations area are kept in good condition and well serviced, maintained and calibrated where required.
To make sure that all inventory is stored securely and accurately.  To assist in driving systems to meet company KPI’s for inventory.
Other tasks and responsibilities as determined by the GM
Experience, background and skill desired 经验, 背景及技能要求
5 years is necessary in an Operations/Manufacturing environment within the wireless industry.
Strong Management, team building and communication skills.  Must be confident in communicating upwards to senior management in China and overseas.
Must be an excellent self-starter and team motivator.
Bachelor or higher degree.  Basic mechanical and electronic knowledge is preferred.
Fluent in English communication (written and aural) and Office PC use.
