电机工程师/主管

Principle Activities：    
•    Lead product team through the design process assessing input from product management and customers, following the project through completion and release to sale.
•    Maintain all drawings and engineering file and drawing vault.  Responsible for the security and necessary back-ups.
•    Analysis of product problems and failures in concert with the Product Manager.
•    Analyze existing production facilities, equipment and performance to provide  recommendations for process improvement, efficiency, customer service and product quality
•    Support all Quality system requirements from component incoming inspection through production of finished goods.
•    Plan, supervise and coordinate the development and implementation of capital and non-capital projects.
•    Support all Quality system requirements from component incoming inspection through production of finished goods. Conduct process design of experiments to determine the effect of process variables in order to determine the root cause of a problem. Trouble shoot tooling, equipment, process issues, specification, and procurement of tooling.
•    Working closely with other engineers and assembly personnel to troubleshoot and resolve production line electrical issues.
•    Product Costs & Quality
•    Ensuring that all product changes follow the company’s strict product change policy requiring BOTH partners to approve any change.


    
Experience & Expertise：     
•    Bs degree in motors or other related fields
•     5-8 years working experience
•    Working knowledge of electric motor theory, and ability to design and optimize winding designs.             
•    Knowledge of active materials, insulation systems, thermal devices, capacitors, relays, switches, wiring and connection diagrams, winding types, methods and schemes, and selection criteria for same.  
•    Must know NEMA, UL & CSA standards pertaining to electrical
•    Self motivated and organized
•    Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
