SIS CN PSE-Senior Hardware Engineer

Roles & Accountabilities：
Design innovative, robust hardware that meets or exceeds customer requirements while minimizing product cost.
Responsible for requirement engineering and definition of the specification with our development partner in English.
Evaluate and select appropriate components and suppliers.
Cooperation in the mechanical design and thermal concepts
Responsible for the Schematic, Simulation for design verification, Layout, Routing, Documentation, bring-up of prototypes, test planning, test cases and testing.
Interface with Customers, Software Project Lead, Engineering Team and peers in the Global Organization especially in China and Europe
Communication and cooperation with project team to identify and implement development improvement activities.
Be able to organize and hold design reviews of their own work. Attend and participate in regular team meetings.

Experience & Expertise：
Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Computer Science or other relevant areas.
Knowledge/Languages:
Good knowledge of digital, analog, power and mixed signal electronic circuits as well as microprocessor/microcontroller and wireless circuits
Good knowledge of PCB Design using Zuken system/board designer, Orcad
Knowledge of PTH and SMT PCB fabrication and assembly processes
General knowledge about EMC/EMI compliant PCB layout
Knowledge of production test concepts and the interface between development and production
General knowledge about software firmware
Chinese: fluent in spoken and written
English: fluent / advanced level in spoken and written
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in R&D and Hardware Development.
More than 2 years experience in managing a HW development team with personnel responsibility
Documentation of work progress and results.
Experience with modern design tools and verification tools (Zuken, Mentor,..)
Long time experience in designing, simulation and test of analog/digital boards.
Experience using 3rd party services for HW development ( i.e. external companies for EMC, RF, Mechanical Design )
Experience with 8bit/16bit/32bit Microcontrollers e.g. Infineon, Free scale

Preferred Skills

Knowledge on components/chip market, especially automotive
Simulation know-how with Zuken, FPGA-Design and –Verification, VHDL-knowledge
Experience with Radio Frequency PCB design is a plus
German would be a plus
