RF engineer

Roles & Accountabilities： 
Design, layout and test microwave passive and active components, especially microwave circulator and isolator products
Lead a team of RF technicians for the life circle of current isolator/circulator project or other new projects from the concept to production
Interface with manufacturing for production support
Organize task assignments for the team and make presentations to upper management

Experience & Expertise： 
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and years of related experience of RF and microwave circuits, especially the circulator and isolator design is required
Masters Degree is desired.
Familiar with the RF and microwave CAD software and ability to use AutoCAD to make the drawings for the design
Familiar with RF test equipment for various microwave parameters test. Ability to create clear documentation with PC tools
Good English language is preferred.
2-3 years project management experience preferred
