Roles & Accountabilities：
. Instrument and  Electric Equipment purchasing  for IPS II Cracker Expansion as per BYC’s procedure
. Expediting after PO issue
. Coordinating the site service of vendor representative
. Dealing with the quality deficiencies of the vendors

Experience & Expertise：
1. 性别/年龄范围Sex/Age Range: No limitation on Sex/ Age Range: 25~40
2. 英语水平English Level: Be fluent in both reading and writing.
3. 教育背景Education Background:  College/University education regarding the Instrument or Electric  major (Instrument major is preferred). Minor deviation is accepted if having good performance and experience on Petrochemical field.
4. 以前的工作经历Previous Work Experience: More than 5 years experience on procurement and/or engineering position. Minor deviation is accepted if having good education and personal capacity.
5. 专业技能Technical Skills: Good skill in computer application. Be familiar with operation of the MS Office/Lotus Notes
6. 个人能力 Personal Competencies: Have good capacity of communication and understand with other departments and individuals.
