订单处理

Roles & Accountabilities：
1.   Acts on behalf of Celanese with customers and service providers to ensure satisfied customers and proper provision of logistics services.
2.   Primary duty is to ensure highest level of quality order fulfillment through order receipt to product delivery of Celanese products.
3.   Ensures key internal relationships including, marketing, sales, supply chain planning, ship points, ESHA, and commercial procurement.
4.   Manages the execution of order by whatever means necessary, including but not limited to entry/modification of sales, stock transport, purchase orders, product returns, and the detection, documentation and resolution of process failures.
5.   Ensures on-time shipment and delivery by whatever means necessary, including tracking, and expediting or use of other problem solving techniques.
6.   Reconciliation of book to physical inventories to ensure SAP properly reflects physical movements and correct inventory. Work includes prompt and accurate postings, problem resolution and correctly posting discrepancies in SAP, including coordination with third party storage locations.
7.   Coding of invoices from service providers to ensure costs are assigned correctly and payment is made consistent with agreement.

根据情况采取一切必要措施保证订单执行的高品质，包括但不限于单据录入修改、库存运输、订单、退货、监督、文件和问题订单的处理解决；
保证准时装船交运包括跟踪及问题解决；
核对账面库存与实际库存水平，确保SAP系统信息及时准确，并协调第三方存储场所；
记录服务提供商的票据，以便确保成本核算的准确性，以及服务款项按协议支付

Experience & Expertise：
1.   Bachelor and minimum of three years work experience
2.   Some basic understanding of chemicals.
3.   Good English communication skills, necessary computer skills.
4.   Basic understanding of invoice approval and accounting techniques.
5.   Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers & suppliers.
6.   Basic problem solving skills.

经历和专业程度:
本科学历，三年以上工作经历；
基础的化工相关知识；
良好的英语听说读写能力以及必要的电脑操作技能；
基本的发票核准知识和财务知识的了解；
良好的人际关系沟通技巧；
基本的问题解决能力。
