经历和专业程度
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years project management experience.
In-depth understanding of software development process including system design, coding, and system testing. Be able to enforce company’s coding and QC standards.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good reading, writing and oral English communication skills preferred.
Ability to lead, influence and motivate team members.
Ever provide project leadership and software architecture guidance for C#/ASP.NET product or project
Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and good analytical skills.
Management experience with one of ERP, SCM and BI system is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall success of assigned projects for the software development team.    
Develop and manage project plans, deliverables, project milestones and deadlines to achieve positive results and to meet all milestones and deadlines.  
  Proactively coordinate and communicate with team members and resolve/review any problems or issues that may occur. Report weekly on progress, forecast completion and identify and resolve risks that hinder on-time plan completion.
Ensure that the project team displays a high level of expertise and team spirit to provide the best possible solution.
Maintain a high level of knowledge in technology, systems and industry trends.
