角色&职责：
Job Responsibilities:
-Contributes to lead the development, delivery and maintenance of the application.
-Be able to plan and schedule development work, and conduct code review.
-Be able to manage a small team of developers and guide them through the (agile) development process.
-Works closely with the QA team to attain high level of quality standard in software development.

经历和专业程度:
Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines.
-Minimum of 4 years of programming experience in Enterprise Application systems.
-Strong design and development experiences in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Framework, SQL Server, Web Forms, Web Services, Ajax, JavaScript, O/R Mapping, Distributed Transaction, and NUnit/NAnt, etc.
-Strong knowledge of OOD/OOP, UML, ERD.
-Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile software development practices.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high passion to become an application specialist  
-Very good communication skills in English.
-Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies a big plus.
-Experience with MSCRM or any other CRM development platform a strong plus.
