设施经理

Responsibility
1.To develop and deploy Plant Facility department’s strategy and objectives.
2.To manage and control the operational services on daily basic in order to ensure no breakdown which can lead to production shut down.
3.To record and monitor key plant energy data to prepare the KPI report in order to be able to analyze the usage/trend and set plan for improvement.
4.To provide appropriate training to all levels of PF staff.
5.To plan,audit and check works done by contractors for quality outcome and services in order to ensure services received are true value added.
6.To practice good communication internally and externally in order to ensure awareness and quick response for appropriate decision.
7.To claim ownership on 5s,ISO14001 and Safety and Information Security programs embarked by the factory in order to meet up with various plant policies.Take responsibility for the operation of waste water station and scrubber system..Ensure the discharge of waste water and waste gas meet the legal requirement.


Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above and majored in Engineering/Machine/Electronics
2.More than 5 years’ relevant working experience and at least 2 years’ manager level working experience.Have semiconductor experience is preferred.
3.Be familiar with Waste Water Discharge/Environment Protection/Air Conditioner/Gases Supplier,Ultra Cleanroom,Water and Hydrant System,Plant Safety and etc.
4.Ability to take pressure and be a good team work player.
5.Good communication and presentation skills.
6.Fluent oral English and good written English.
