Responsibilities：
1) Provides legal counsel to business staff and review， negotiate or draft business contracts when required.
2) Review new local statutory requirements and local economy and market to ensure that the company will comply with the local laws and realize opportunities to position ourselves better than our competitors.
3) Provide legal counsel for company， through interface with internal and external legal counsel. This includes review and negotiations of contracts with customers， principals， joint venture partners， etc.， and advise on the services required to adhere to government regulations， mandatory licenses， permits， etc.
4) Establish and maintain effective relationships with key members of the government， regulatory bodies and other external parties to ensure company takes full advantage of any new business opportunity and properly manages mandatory reports.
5) Maintain close connection with Corporate Legal Counselor to obtain inputs and ensure company practices complies with corporate requirements.
6) Inform internal staff and senior management team of update of relevant statutory， judicial， regulatory and industry developments.
7) Select， develop， train and guide subordinates. Conduct regular performance evaluation and review

Requirements：
1) Min. 5 years working experience at lawyer firm or min. 8 years’ of legal officer position at corporation.
2) Strong knowledge of local financial laws
3) Excellent Chinese & English language skills particularly proficiency at written communications.
4) Demonstrated interpersonal and client consultation skills
5) Well-developed legal/analytical skills and ability to spot issues arising from different bodies of law.
