Experience:  (Describe years and types of experience (or knowledge) a person would normally have to enter this position.)
• At least 5 years in a similar role in a light electro/mechanical manufacturing company.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of world class manufacturing techniques, and in particular Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills are required to liaise both within the plant and with external customers


Education:   A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or management.
Fluent in written and spoken English
