Commodity Manager

Experience:  Strong commodity knowledge, 5 years experience in commodity management

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent teaming abilities

Strong communication and leadership skills dealing with a global cross-functional team
Ability to work comfortably in a highly matrixed organizational environment
Experience implementing rapid replenishment programs (VMI or consignment programs)
Quick learning curve.

Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated skills in leadership, communications, negotiations, and human relations.

- Commodity Project deck – CE/VE, Buy over buy, and NPI
- Commodity strategy and implementation report
- Commodity Productivity and ER monthly report
- Supplier consignment and AWPT report
- Supplier development plan
Other assigned as per commodity, plant, and LOB.
