Main activity / responsibility
Operations & Maintenance Department
The Operations Manager:
. Supervision of operations department on a daily basis.
. Coordinates with logistic department on operational and maintenance issues.
. Coordinates with engineering department on capital projects.
. Coordinates with marketing department on projects and customer issues.
. Coordinates with HSSE and pipeline department on HSSE issues, training and audits performed by local, province and national officials and maintenance of pipeline network.
. Coordinates of maintenance work performed by contractors.
. Reviews company policies and procedures on a defined frequency.
. Ensures that non-conformance activities, customer complaints, accident /incident are investigated and appropriate corrective/preventive actions taken to prevent reoccurrences.
. Participates in internal audits.
. Analyzes levels of services and to identify possibilities of improvements and reporting this status to management team.
. Provides adequate training to all terminal personnel and to ensure that they have the relevant skills and knowledge to carry out their duties efficiently. |
