Main activity / responsibility
The Management Assistant shall execute and help organize and coordinate diverse projects and tasks at hand on behalf of the respective general, commercial, engineering and terminal management functions and in cooperation with all relevant company departments.
The Management Assistant shall:
. Have a higher education / university degree (business, English, engineering or other)
. Have 1 or 2 years of working experience
. Have excellent knowledge of written and oral English and Mandarin
. Have excellent PC competencies (Microsoft Office)
. Have strong communication, writing, interpersonal and organizational skills
. Be an effective quick thinker and fast learner
. Be a team player with the ability to work independently
. Be result oriented, accurate and responsive
