Main activity / responsibility
General Duties
The HR Manager is responsible for the overall planning and control of human resources services such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee services.
The HR Manager shall:
. Implement and update the application of established human resources policies throughout the company.
. Maintain the overall supervision and direction of the Human Resources and Administration Department.
. Be conversant with employment law & regulations.
Responsibilities
. Review & update Human Resource policies.
. Responsible for administering staff benefits.
. Responsible for the mid-year & year-end performance review exercises.
. Responsible for the Annual Training and Development Plan of employees.
. Responsible for Employee Relations through regular and diverse communications sessions.
. Responsible for recruitment & salary benchmarking.
