Quality Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Work Field 1:
Managements
1. Quality management
- maintaining & auditing ISO9001 quality management system;
- maintaining & auditing  quality control system;
Provide suggestions on improving these two systems.

2. HE&S system management
- maintaining and auditing Environment, Health & Safety system and environment management system;
Provide suggestions on improving EH&S system.

3. Supplier management
- auditing suppliers;
- supervising suppliers to improve quality management.

4. Customer relation management
- improving customer satisfaction in terms of quality;
- following up customer requirements on quality;
- supporting customer audit.

Work Field 2:
Standard and regulation
- collecting and updating related S&R national and international;
- promoting SPPA technical standardization work;
Provide suggestions on improving SPPA technical standardization.

Requirement:
1. College/ University degree or above majored in power automation;
2. Rich experiences in quality control and technical management;
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
4. Internal/ external customer oriented-High initiative, commitment and motivation.

Following are preferred:

1. Possess certain TQM concept or sic sigma theory;
2. Deep knowledge and skills of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 system;
3. Knowledge in safety and environment management.
4. Good PC skill s and knowledge of Microsoft applications;
5. Ability to work under pressure;
6.Fluent in verbal & written English.
