Finance Manager

Immediate Supervisor:  General Manager, SH MY Plant
Functional Supervisor:  Finance Director, A/P

KEY SERVICES:
Position Function
• Lead the finance team to perform to meet business requirement
• Support GM to run business from finance perspective
• Keep company financially safe and healthy
• Measure and evaluate business activity properly and efficiently
• Daily monitor finance activity, such as review and sign off documents, check and solve major issue
• Lead and Develop and Train the team up to performance
• Be part of management team to provide data, support, advice for business issue.
• Ensure the company is properly reported financial wide to meet the requirement from different parties.
• Monitor the whole Plant operational process to meet Internal Control requirements.
• Develop subordinates to be professional accountant.
• Coaching subordinates to increase corrective ness and Finance service
• Coaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policies
• Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature


QUALIFICATION:
• University graduation in Finance or Accounting
• Familiar with MNC’s Accounting system & regulations as well as system, familiar with manufacturing cost system
• Over 8 years MNC related working experience with at least 5 years experience as management role.
