Engineering Manager

Functional Supervisor:  ME Manager, AP


KEY SERVICES:
Position Function
• Plan, control, review Manufacturing Engineering process, design, project to make sure to support Plant achieve the goals.
• Allocate resources among department to support each Value Stream to assure on-time qualified Engineering service provided to Production Lines.
• Coach, review all Engineering Policy, WI and documents to meet DBS requirements
• Insure the ME department effectively serve the needs of all customer
• Actively participate in the management of policies, work standards, operations, budgeting, etc.
• Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to the attainment of Engineering related issues and plant Mission and Goals.
• Monitor new project, ECN progress and organize ME continuous improvement to meet customer requirements as well as Production Process optimization
• Plan, budget, manage, terminate ME employees’ personnel.
• Coach, develop subordinates’ capabilities to meet the positions’ requirements.
• Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
• Follow the Company EHS policies
• Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
• Monitor subordinates to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury

QUALIFICATION:
• University degree, major in Engineering or related field
• Excellent English communication skills. Good presentation skills. Familiar with Quality Systems as of QS9000, ISO14000, TS16949, VDA. Good analytical capability. Good coach skills can provide technical training. Good at Microsoft Office and project management. Familiar with wire harness and production process.
