| Reports to (Title):Plant Manager
Purpose:
The QA manager establishes, monitors and advises on how the quality management system is performing and publishes data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators, co-ordinates the activities required to ensure that the product or service is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations, liaise with managers and staff throughout the organisation to ensure that the QA system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, the QA manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
Education:
University degree or above in Engineering ,Material or equivalent
Experience:
1. 10 years of working experience and at least 3 years of QA department manager in multinational company
2. Knowledge of quality systems, statistical measurements and quality tools/standards: TS16949, QS9000, FMEA, SPC. Process Flow Design, CP, MSA, PSW ,PPAP, APQP experience
3. Eight D, Six sigma problem solving tools
4. Various gage usage. Well know documents and records regulations
5. Highly level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
6. Results oriented and good team player.
7. Good command of English, especially reading and writing
8. Computer literacy.
