Project Manager

Reports to (Title)：Plant Manager

Purpose:
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarising progress of the project. The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.


Education:   
Diploma in Engineering discipline. Specialisation in Electrical/electronic or mechanical. PMP certification preferred

Experience:  
(Describe years and types of experience (or knowledge) a person would normally have to enter this position.)
minimum 8 years working experience, with at least 2 years department mgrs of either production or engineering, with at leat 2 years project mgt experience of product transition/transfer/NPIs', experience as operations mgr is a good plus.

Other:
The Project Manager should be able to create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up-to-date, with good verbal skills in English. Negotiation and well developed interpersonal skills.
