Production Manager

Reports to (Title)：Plant Manager

Purpose:
This position is to direct the overall manufacturing/production activities for certain value streams and ensure production meet HSE, quality, delivery, inventory and cost objectives.


Education:   
A Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or management.

Fluent in written and spoken English

Experience:  
At least 5 years in a similar role in a light electro/mechanical manufacturing company.
Good communication and leadership skills
Working knowledge of world class manufacturing techniques, and in particular Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills are required to liaise both within the plant and with external customers.

Be flexible in terms of working hours in line with business needs and undertake task and duties as appropriate.
