职位描述/要求：

Description

Oversee the overall quality aspects in new product development.

Ensure compliance to New Product Development process.

Ensure compliance to customer required documentation and standards.

Ensure compliance to independent product verification and validation.

Ensure usage of recommended DFSS tools during sensor development.

Lead team usage of specific quality tools, including Control Plans, DFMEAs, PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams

Provide independent management report to global quality and engineering leaders.

Continuous improvement of process practices as applied in sensor design.

Work closely with the NPD engineers in assessing and ensuring process compliance with external vendors

Awareness of applicable standards in product validation and certification such as UL etc.

Understand the various CTQs, documentation requirements and system requirements applicable to different markets and customers for a variety of projects

Provide Quality review and approval for Design Release, ECO, and Production Release, per applicable S&C processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputed company with responsibility of a quality function in a new product development environment.

Bachelors Degree required, Masters desired, in mechanical or electronics engineering from a reputed institution.

Should have good exposure in ensuring quality in multi phase, multi disciplinary product development Exposure to electronics/mechanical

Shall have good awareness to industry wide accreditations such as ISO 9000, CMMi, PCMM, APQP, PPAP etc.

Should have good awareness of the various industry quality system requirements; ISO, AS, TS, etc.

Shall have good exposure to six sigma tools and methodologies and specifically DFSS driven product development. Green belt or Black belt certified candidates are preferred.

Must be willing to work in a results based, fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

Will interface regularly with all levels of personnel within Honeywell and outside.

Ability to travel required.
