DESCRIPTION The key person who is responsible for deploying6 sigma project and pushing  
the continuous improvement of key processes to improve product's quality and

职责范围
Develop 6Sigma training material,promote the application of 6sigma methodologies  
within the whole operation
开发6sigma培训教材，在公司范围内推广应用6sigma方法
Organize and implement 6sigmaproject to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of  
key processes
组织实施6sigma项目，提升关键流程的运作效率和有效性
Deliver Green Belt  
培训绿带
Communicate/ train 6 sigma approaches to operations teams with the intent of propagating  
  and defect analysis philosophy
用内部的宣传和过失分析方法，和生产团队进行沟通和培训6Sigma方法
Establish the KPI system of key processes, and monitor their status of attainment.
建立关键流程的KPI体系，并监控其达成情况
Assistother departments to improve their operation.
协助其它部门提升运作效率
Participating in company led projects and internal audit
参加公司的项目和内部审核
Working with other departments to resolve company issues promptly
和其他部门合作，及时解决公司的问题
QUALIFICATION University graduated, over 5 years work experience
任职资格 大学本科毕业，5年以上工作经验
Proficient in 6 sigma methodologies and other quality tools
精通6sigma方法和其它质量工具
Good at project management,demonstrate ability to work with teams  
精通项目管理，良好的团队合作能力
Familiar with FMEA, SPC, PPAP and Control Plan
熟悉FMEA, SPC,PPAP和控制计划
Analytical, problem solver with excellent bussiness communication skill
良好的分析、解决问题的能力和沟通能力
Practical experience of 6 sigma projects
具有领导6sigma项目的成功经验
