主要陈述Summary Statement:
Responsible for all activities of sales and marketing including the development of strategy, objectives. Leads sales team to develop Chinese market. Seeks the maximum volume of sales with the minimum cost. In charge of leading product engineering team to meet customers’ satisfaction.
主要职责:
Representative Duties:
• Works with GM to develop and establishes sales strategies and objectives;
• Develops and implements all sales and marketing policies and programs;
• Keeps good relationship with existing customers and find potential customers for the business development;
• Manages sales & product engineering budget and staff;
• Leads product engineering team and works with colleagues of cooperation plant to provides quick feedback and solutions for customers’ requirement;
• Leads sales team and product engineering team work together with others functions for products’ pricing, quality assurance, delivery on time etc.;
• Ensures all the activities in a profitability way;
• Leads the team continue to improvement in working process;
• Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all disciplines of the company are strictly required.
岗位要求:
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Automobile manufacturing or engineering, engine preferred;
• Minimum 5 years automotive components industry experience; Be familiar with and sensitive to market of main parts of engine is preferred;
• At least 5 years sales team leader;
• Team player absolutely essential and prerequisite;
• Willing to succeed;
• Fluent English in oral & writing
