Job Description:
1.Develop the new suppliers to meet the company’s fast business needs.
2.To generate or re-compose purchasing planning to meet Customers requirement.
3.To organize and co-ordinate the evaluation/Assessment of suppliers.
4.To give the timely quotations with swift and accurate part costing.
5.To manage suppliers on quality issues, discrepancy issues.
6.To establish purchasing criteria (e.g. Price/ lot size/ lead-time/ term & type of payment/shipping method/packaging requirements / insurance policy/late penalty & etc) on the initial dealing.
7.To ensure all direct materials/parts are purchased from the approved suppliers.
8.To work on cost reduction scheme gradually by vendors’ improvement or from new better source.
9.Perform data management, manage supplier performance and take necessary corrective actions.
10.Evaluate and renew contract.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 5+ years of relevant purchasing experience at management level, especially need the Purchasing experience on the field about marketing materials and maintaince&repare. Parts.
2.Bachelor and above Degree in Business/Engineering/Manufacturing.
3.Knowledge of MRP software and applications and Microsoft Office.
4.ISO Quality Management Procedure.
5.Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
6.Proficient in both English and Chinese.
7.Strong business acumen and leadership skills with understanding for speed and profitability.
